Cette recette gourmande et r\u00e9confortante va \u00e9veiller vos sens et ravir les papilles de vos proches. Pour environ 200 sabl\u00e9s<\/p>\n<h4>INGR\u00c9DIENTS :<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>800g de farine<\/li>\n<li>250g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>250g de margarine<\/li>\n<li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>2 sachets de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>cannelle, poudre de cacao<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Gla\u00e7age:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>20g de blanc d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>120 g sucre glace<\/li>\n<li>colorant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>ETAPES DE LA RECETTE:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/li>\n<li>Battre le beurre pour qu\u2019il devienne presque mousseux.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les \u0153ufs, le sucre et battre pendant 10 min.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter la farine, les \u00e9pices et battre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une boule. Emballez l\u00e0 dans du film alimentaire et r\u00e9servez pendant 1 heure au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n<li>Sortir la p\u00e2te du frigo, mettez de la farine sur votre plan de travail et \u00e9talez la p\u00e2te sur 1\/2 cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur.<\/li>\n<li>Avec des formes d\u2019emporte-pi\u00e8ce de motifs de No\u00ebl, d\u00e9couper des petits biscuits et les d\u00e9poser sur une plaque garnie d\u2019une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Faire cuire 10 min environ \u00e0 180\u00b0. Les biscuits finissent de s\u00e9cher apr\u00e8s les avoir sortis du four, donc ne pas s\u2019\u00e9tonner s\u2019ils sont encore un peu mous \u00e0 la fin de la cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>Une fois les sabl\u00e9s refroidis, m\u00e9langez le blanc d\u2019\u0153uf avec le sucre et les colorants de votre choix pour faire le gla\u00e7age, plus qu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9taler !<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vos biscuits sont \u00e0 pr\u00e9sents finis !
