Un<i> g\u00e2teau consistant, id\u00e9al pour les go\u00fbters.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p>INGR\u00c9DIENTS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>150 g\u00a0 de sucre semoule<\/li>\n<li>200 g de farine (\u00e9peautre, riz pour une version sans gluten)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 sachet de levure chimique<\/li>\n<li>90 g de margarine<\/li>\n<li>3 bananes<\/li>\n<li>1 citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ETAPES DE LA RECETTE:<\/p>\n<p>Beurrez un moule \u00e0 cake avec un peu de margarine puis chemiser. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Pressez un citron. Ecrasez ensuite la margarine avec une fourchette, puis ajoutez-lui au fur et \u00e0 mesure, le sucre et les oeufs battus en omelette.<\/p>\n<p>Pelez les bananes, coupez-les en petites rondelles, et arrosez-les du jus du citron, puis \u00e9crasez-les \u00e0 la fourchette.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez la pur\u00e9e ainsi obtenue \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration aux oeufs, puis la farine et la levure.<\/p>\n<p>Versez le tout dans le moule, et enfournez pendant 45 min.<\/p>\n<p>Laissez-le reposer 5 min dans le four \u00e9teint avant de le d\u00e9mouler.
